By conducting interviews with the client’s senior management decision makers, we then obtain specific functional requirements, a cultural profile, and list of company needs and resources. This “upfront homework” helps us determine a crystal clear picture of the candidate requirements for the search. These requirements are then transposed into a detailed custom Position Specification that becomes the working document throughout the search process.
